Group Profile:

ARABCO GROUP consist of four main divisions i.e ARABCO Contracting, ARABCO Valves, ARABCO Trading and ARABCO Enterprises.

1. ARABCO Contracting: This division has taken an active role in the Bahrain government’s development programs, mainly in the fields of Civil Construction, Electrical Contracting and maintenance of various projects for the last 30 years. The list of projects handled by Arabco Contracting, both Govt and private, include most of the prestigious educational institutes and schools in Bahrain. It has also been very active within the oil industry, manufacturing and
high rise building projects.

2. ARABCO Valves: Arabco’s newly formed Division has been setup as part of the Group’s expansion policy and is engaged in products and services relating to Water conservation and flow control management.

3. ARABCO Trading: This division is actively engaged in both wholesale and retail marketing of electrical, lighting, mechanical and building materials for all parties in Bahrain and around the Gulf. In this it has been so successful, that it has played a very significant role (through its subsidiaries) in assisting the Bahrain government with its own standards and approval procedures since the 1970s.

4. ARABCO Enterprises: Is the real estate and investment body of the group. This division specializes in all aspects of buying, selling and rent of properties in Bahrain, Iran, UAE and UK. Other operations currently being implemented by this division also include mergers & acquisitions of potential business partners and competitors.
